Certaines empruntent aux savoir-faire ancestraux de l’enluminure. Réalisées sur papier, elles sont le fruit d’un dialogue entre un geste traditionnel et une écriture artistique résolument contemporaine. D’autres œuvres transposent au mur les techniques développées dans ses sculptures végétales. Les végétaux se déploient à l’horizontale sur un fond noir profond.
Dans cet ensemble d’œuvres, l’or n’est plus un simple ornement : il devient une matière vivante. Il capte et sculpte les variations de la lumière, accompagne le déplacement du regard. Selon l’angle d’observation, les reflets apparaissent, s’effacent ou se nuancent.

In this collection, gold is no longer merely an ornament: it becomes a living material. It captures and sculpts the variations in light and guides the viewer’s gaze. Depending on the angle from which it is viewed, reflections appear, fade or take on subtle nuances.
